Introduction To JEE Main 2018 Results:

  • The results for JEE Main 2018 will be released in the month of April 2018.
  • The students can find out if they have qualified for the Counselling Process of JEE Main 2018 by checking out their Results.
  • The candidates can download their Results from the Official Website of the JEE Main 2018.
  • Candidates who clear JEE Main 2018 alone will be eligible to attend the counselling and get an admission for B.Tech/B.Arch courses.
  • The candidates who have cleared their JEE Mains will be deemed eligible to apply for JEE Advanced 2018.
  • Candidates can get a copy of their OMR Sheets once the results are announced.

Steps to view JEE Main 2018 results:

  • Open the Official Website of JEE Main 2018.
  • Click on the link “Results“.
  • Enter your Application Number and Date Of Birth to view the Result.
  • Candidates are advised to save a copy of the results for future use.
  • The Counselling Process will start soon after the Results of JEE Main 2018 has been announced.

Cut-offs for JEE Main 2017:

  • The students who have obtained qualifying marks JEE Main 2018 are the only ones who will be eligible for JEE Main 2018 Counselling Process.
  • The cut-offs for JEE Main 2017 is given below:
    • General Category-81
    • OBC-49
    • SC-32
    • ST-27

Score and Rank:

  • Score: It the actual marks obtained in Paper I and it also denotes whether the candidate has qualified for JEE Advanced 2018 or not.
  • Rank: There are two types of ranks known as All India Rank (AIR) and All India Category Rank.
  • Admissions: Only the All India Rank (AIR) is used for admissions through Central Seat Allocation Board to colleges.
  • All the candidates are advised to download their score/rank cards from the JEE (Main) official website only.
